Super Simple One Bowl Banana Bread
Perfect choice for your Carb loading day. It’s also gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free!
Carlos said it was one the best banana breads he has tried to date.
- 2 cups (240g) gluten-free oat flour*
- 5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 ripe mashed bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125g) applesauce
- 1/4 cup (85g) maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350*F (180*C).
Mix all ingredients together, super simple all in one bowl.
Pour into a loaf pan (approx. 8.5×4.5inch or 15x20cm).
Bake for 40-45 min or until cooked through.
Side Note*: you can make oat flour at home. Simply add gluten-free oats to a high-powered food processor or blender, and blend until mostly fine and powdery, about 3-4 minutes.
Added Info: If you are gluten intolerant or have Celiac, make sure your oat flour is certified gluten free. Oats are highly cross contaminated.
